For you to feel happier, from iwaanna we understand that you need to be aware of three things:

1.You have to be aware of what it is the most important in your life, this is, to know your main values.

2.To know what you can do in accordance with what is more important for you, or in different words, to be loyal to your values.

3.To act accordingly and control what you are doing to acquire more positive habits.

This app has been prepared to offer you some help in these three aspects or put another way iwaanna will provide you with the necessary tools for you to be happier.

1.KNOW YOUR VALUES

a)We provide you with a list of 32 values of which you have to choose different ones, in different steps, until you have just the 8 that you want to be present in your daily life.

b)Once you have chosen your 8 values, you will have to organise them according to how important they are for you.

c) The last step of this first stage is your self-assessments of each of them, in accordance with how you have fulfilled them.

2.CHOOSE WHAT YOU PREFER TO DO

Every morning, you will be able to choose what value you want to work with. We suggest different actions of which you can select those that you understand are more appropriate or, you can even suggest your own action.

3.FOLLOW UP

From Iwaanna we want to make it easier to change your habits, this is why we have prepared this application for your self-assessment at the end of every day. It will be you who evaluates how you did and our virtual coach will send you a message according to your effort you have put in.

You can choose between our “formal coach” or the “joking coach” either one can send you the message in the way that you prefer.

Also, iwanna has been prepared for you to make a balance of your development at the end of every week.
